Popular VoIP service provider Skype is still recovering from the recent troubles they had that left the vast majority of users without service. On a new update, the company has stated that they have restored it for 80 percent users, but there are still millions unable to use it. This is the second day on the biggest outage Skype has had to deal with in more than 3 years.
