Ashley Turton, former chief of staff to Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-CT), and wife of White House liaison to the House of Representatives Dan Turton, was found dead in a burning car early this morning.
Fire officials didn’t identify Ashley Turton, 37, by name as the victim. But a Progress Energy Inc. (PGN) spokesman confirmed Monday that Turton, a lobbyist for the company, was the victim. She was married to
