Daniel Munoz Perez, the gunman responsible of the Chandler Mall shooting was reportedly been released on December 17, 2010 as a result of an error by the authorities. The man was arrested as he was wanted for a shootout with Arizona Department of Public Safety in December 11 and released on bond on December 17 by Pinal County Jail.
