‘My Name is Earl’ star Jaime Pressly was arrested and jailed late Wednesday night, after failing a field sobriety test, TMZ reports.
The actress was initially pulled over by police around 11:00 pm in Santa Monica for a traffic violation, but was quickly taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. She was held on $15,000 bail.
With bail set at three times higher than the standard charge of $5,000 for suspicion of DUI, TMZ notes that Jaime’s blood-alcohol level must have been higher than .15
