Two West Memphis police employees have been indicted by a federal grand jury in Little Rock.
Scott McCall, a 39-year-old patrol officer, was indicted on one count of deprivation of rights under color of law.
Lester Ditto, a 56-year-old civilian serving as the department’s internal affairs officer, was indicted on three counts of witness tampering.
