A US court of appeals has prevailed that The Winklevosses who state the original idea for Facebook was stolen from both by Mark Zuckerberg can’t withdraw a settlement deal they created with the site.
In January Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss had asked to re-open a $65m legal closure signed in 2008 .
The twins state Mr Zuckerberg sneaked their idea since he was employed by them to code their ConnectU web site in 2003.
The court stated it saw no reason to re-open their lawsuit versus
