Repsol Honda’s rider Dani Pedrosa will drop out of Sunday’s Catalunya MotoGP with a disordered collarbone following a crash with Marco Simoncelli at Le Mans last time out.
A statement from race director stated Marco Simoncelli “recognised that he had made an error of judgement”.
It summed: “He said that in future he would try to measure positions better and be a bit more cautious.”
