Metallica, Sir Elton John and Jean-Pierre Ferland aren’t commonly cited in the same hint.
But now all three are headlining Quebec City’s summer festival, an annual event whose eclecticist programming has been a key part of its success.
The 11-day festival starts on Thursday and runs until July 17.
The top acts were not easy to tempt to the 44th edition of the festival, according to director Daniel Gelinas.
