OC street, Huntington Beach remains closed following oil seep

An oil tumble has shut a major street connecting the 405 Freeway to the ocean in Huntington Beach by the Fourth of July.
The southward side of Goldenwest Street between Ellis and Garfield avenues is closedown.
The possessor of the broken pipeline will have to pay the costs to cleaning the leak.
Crews worked to cleansing about 850 gallons of crude oil that intumesced from a break in an underground pipeline.
Beach-bound traffic was being detoured onto nearby streets.
The pipe is likely be fixed
