Samsung can’t sell it’s current Galaxy Tab in Germany. And it supposedly never can!
The much-discussed trial that supposed Samsung had cheated the iPad in the concept and design of the Galaxy Tab has finished with Samsung at the losing end.
The lawsuit was far from an open-and-shut deal. In point of fact, many peope believe Samsung to appear as the winner, specially when it was uncovered that prove in the case wasn’t legitimate – side-by side pictures of iPad and Galaxy
