AT&T defends T-Mobile deal in response to DOJ suit
About a week ago we discovered the U.S. Department of Justice filed cause in an effort to stop AT&T’s proposed acquirement of T-Mobile, and today AT&T formally filed a reaction to the DOJ charge. In its filing, AT&T alleges that the Justice Department has went wrong to notice the good that’ll come of the deal and that it has not precisely lined how rough the wireless industry is. The carrier states that prices continue to come down and that there’s tight contention
