Chili Recipe

In New Mexico, they prefer pork chili – both red and green. Cinnamon-spiced chili served with cheese and spaghetti dominates in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Although plenty of cooks make chili with meat in California, the health-conscious state is still saddled with the reputation for vegetarian versions brimming with black beans, corn or squash.
So here in the Sooner State, it begs the question. Does Oklahoma have a chili?
