According to new reports, Taiwan-based smartphone manufacturer HTC is all set to engage a new patent battle versus the rival Apple Inc.
Seemingly, the new war was trigged by the Android maker Google following it traded 9 patents to HTC, which the smartphone manufacturer is now using to cart Cupertino into the court.
Google had acquired those nine patents almost a year back in 2010, and according to the US Patent and Trademark office records, four of those dwelt to Motorola, three to Openwave
