No need for a dairy policy proposal from USDA

Cash cheese barrels finally held steady on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange but blocks slipped a half-cent. Cash butter fell another 3.25 cents to close at $1.9125, the lowest price since the first week of January.
For the week, cash cheese barrels are down 4 cents while that half-cent on Friday was the first decline for blocks in weeks. Butter lost 9.25 cents. Class III futures for the remainder of the year lost an average 42 cents.
Cooperatives Working Together (CWT) has accepted 17 requests
