ODA Director James Zehringer, State Veterinarian Dr. Tony Forshey and Executive Director of the Ohio Livestock Care Standands Board, Mike Bailey joined Brownfield’s Dave Russell on stage opening day of the 2011 Ohio State Farm Science Review. For 30 minutes the three explained and answered questions about the Livestock Care Standards.
