New Wisconsin livestock ID marketing plan

The Wisconsin Livestock Identification Consortium is using World Dairy Expo to get the word out about their new three-part plan called Partnership to Protect and Promote Wisconsin. Robert Fourdraine says with the federal program going more towards just animal health, the Wisconsin plan would offer traceability as well as marketing advantages.
