Wisconsin’s Ag Secretary talks about how things have changed
Over the years, Ben Brancel has attended World Dairy Expo in numerous capacities, dairy farmer, beef producer, State Legislator, Farm Service Agency Director and for the second time, Wisconsin Secretary of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.
