Braylon Edwards out, Plaxico Burress coming in for the Jets

Braylon Edwards, a free-agent receiver who desired to re-sign with the New York Jets, likely will have to expect elsewhere for a contract now that the Jets have contracted Plaxico Burress.
New York Jets, which suffered out on the greatest free-agent acquisition this summer as All-Pro cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha contracted with the Philadelphia Eagles, re-signed their top priority, receiver Santonio Holmes, previous week.
Braylon Edwards has 326 receptions for 5,142 yards and thirty-nine
