3.6 Magnitude Earthquake in Hawaii

A 3.6 Magnitude earthquake in Hawaii surprised today citizens of Honolulu.


According to information released by the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake took place exactly at 2:12pm and was located between Oahu and Molokai. The earthquake lasted for several seconds, scaring people and shaking buildings in the area.
There were no initial reports of damages and injuries, and a tsunami warning was not issued since this was a small earthquake in Hawaii.
