Islanders suspend Evgeni Nabokov for not reporting to team:Ongoing saga of Evgeni Nabokov takes another turn today as the island suspended for refusing to submit to Nabokov’s team after claiming him on waivers on Saturday. Detroit signed Nabokov on one-year contract on January 20, hoping to bring the former star of Sharks goalie as a backup to Jimmy Howard.
