Rahm Emanuel Can?t Run For Chicago Mayor

The name of Rahm Emanuel will no longer be among the options Chicago voters will have on the upcoming elections for Chicago Mayor. An Illinois Court said on Monday that he was ineligible for the mayoral ballot. The reason? He moved to Washington D.C. for two years; the court had a final 2-to-1 vote.
