Padma Lakshmi, the celebrity chef and host of TV show “Top Chef” is in the middle of a painful battle over the custody of her daughter Krishna. Lakshmi’s ex Adam Dell decided to ssue for custody on Wednesday. He claims the chef is “either unable or unwilling to moderate either her social or business travel” for the child’s sake,” adding that Lakshmi is sidelining him for her current boyfriend Ted Forstmann.
