Microsoft has release to the public the Windows 7 Service Pack 1. This first major update to the OS fixes several security issues as well as functional ones.
This update includes 32 security fixes of different degree that have been present in the system for some time. Among them is a solution for the Windows Print Spooler Service hole, exploited by the Stuxnet worm.
According to Microsoft: “Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 helps keep your PCs and servers on the latest support level.
