The Pittsburgh Pirates shipped infielder Josh Fields to the Colorado Rockies on Monday in switch over for a player to be named in the future or simply traded by cash.
Fields’ contract with Pittsburg Pirates club was short-lived, as the Bucs ratified him to a minor league contract on December 20.
Josh Fields played only in 13 matches with the Royals in his last season, dropping on most of the year because he recovered from right hip operation back in April. On his limited playing time,
