A funeral ceremony for Marco Simoncelli has been arrange for Thursday. Simoncelli, a MotoGP rider for Honda Gresini passed away on Sunday after a motorcycle crash on the Malaysian MotoGP on Sepang.
The funeral service will start at 3 p.m. in the church of Santa Maria di Coriano, since which Simoncelli, 24, will be buried in a graveyard near Riccione where he was born, as quoted from MotoGP.
The funeral will be a private occasion for family, acquaintances, other riders and his Gresini team.
