Fukushima Japan Nuclear Plant Explosion, Puts Japan in Alert

Japan authorities are evacuating thousands of people who live within a 12 mile radius of the Fukushima Daiichi plant, after an explosion took place, increasing the danger of a nuclear disaster. Evacuations are also taking place in a 6 mile radius of the Futuba installation, 150 miles north of Tokyo.
