Yoshihiko Noda Japan’s New PM

TOKYO – Japanese Finance Minister Yoshihiko Noda will serve the new prime minister after winning the party election Monday. Noda will be responsible for the rebuilding of Japan after the earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear holocaust.
