Gavin DeGraw felt his life was ‘in jeopardy’ during his brutal beating.
The American singer was assaulted in New York earlier this month.
A group of men jumped on him as he walked home in the early hours of the morning. He was left with concussion, a broken nose, black eyes, cuts and bruises.
Gavin needed hospital care and has spoken of how terrifying the ordeal was.
