Missouri Senator Roy Blunt says the Ag Appropriations bill passed by the Senate Appropriations Committee this week includes his amendment adding 500 Million dollars for disaster funding. He says infrastructure is at the heart of getting farmers and workers in Missouri and other flooded areas back on their feet.
