Corn export inspections top expectations

USDA’s weekly export inspections report shows corn above pre-report expectations, wheat within the anticipated range, and soybeans below all estimates. Corn and wheat inspections for the week ending September 22 were more than what’s needed weekly to meet USDA projections for the 2011/12 marketing year but soybeans fell short.
Wheat came out at 21.605 million bushels, down 12.47 million from the week ending September 15 and 3.446 million lower than the week ending September 23,
