Google increase its bid for Motorola by $3B in one day to conclude deal

Documents registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission unveil how Google wound up giving $12.5 billion to acquired Motorola Mobility.
According to a filing created by Motorola with the SEC, Google’s mobile head Andy Rubin had first went up Motorola’s CEO Sanjay Jha for a possible acquirement. After that Google CEO Larry Page and Google’s business manager Nikesh Ahora also joined the discussion.
