The Russian government has acknowledged the NTC as the Libyan government.
International summit on the crisis hosted by Libyan President of France, Nicolas Sarkozy and British Prime Minister, David Cameron, will be held in Paris today, Thursday, September 1st.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United States, Hillary Clinton, will attend along with colleagues from China and Russia, which has recognized the National Transition Council, NTC, as the legitimate government of Libya.
