Mo Farm Bureau opposes “Your Vote Counts”
The Missouri Farm Bureau took action this week on the proposed ballot initiative put forth by the Humane Society of the U.S. called “Your Vote Counts.” The state board of directors reviewed MFB policy and voted to oppose the measure. Missouri Farm Bureau says the ballot initiative would make it extremely difficult for the legislature to amend any state law enacted through the initiative petition process.
