In the cattle barn at the Nebraska State Fair, we stopped to visit with Bill Smith of Allmosta Farm at Harlan, Iowa. Smith was getting ready to show two Simmental calves in the Open Division of the Livestock Show. We asked him what he thinks of the new State Fair facilities in Grand Island and what he likes about showing cattle.
