Talks with a pro-Gaddafi fail

Forces while the Libyan government says talks with Gaddafi loyalists have failed.
One of the negotiators from the anti-Gaddafi told the BBC, the civil society in the city of Bani Walid did not want to move and he is worried they will hit or be shielded by the army Gaddafi.
The city of Bani Walid was besieged by anti-Gaddafi’s troops from three sides.
One negotiator, Kenchil Abdullah, said the troops Gaddafi demanded that the interim government troops entered the city without a weapon.
