August 23rd, 2011. This was it. I had been waiting for months for this concert. I was going to see Taylor Swift at her first night at the Staples Center for her Speak Now World Tour. I couldn’t have been more excited.
After driving to LA and grabbing dinner, my friend Claire and I made our way into the venue, where we chatted with other friends attending the concert and bought memorabilia from the merchandise stand. We then found our seats and settled in for an amazing night.
