The Chicago Cubs banned Carlos Zambrano for 30 days, after the volatile pitcher striped out his locker and left the ballpark after allowed five home runs to Atlanta, friday.
Carlos Zambrano has been set up to take no part in team activities and won’t be paid during the suspension.
He was cast out of Friday’s 10-4 loss for throwing at a Braves players and then left the ballpark early and also taking his property from the locker.
