Tech company giants, Apple has won a patent clash as a Dutch court set up an EU-wide prelude injunction against Samsung Galaxy smartphones.
Apple asked EU-Wide preliminary injuction to Samsung’s Galaxy S to Samsung’s Galaxy S, Galaxy S II and Ace smartphones (but not the Galaxy tablets) to the Dutch court today
Last week, Apple was asking that Samsung’s total line of Galaxy branded devices be stripped in Europe with a callback.
