If you are unable to quit smoking, you can try to lift weights. Not only impact to build muscle, it’s changing the weight training to help smokers stop their bad habits.
A research team from the Miriam Hospital in Rhode Island USA, found that men and women are twice as like to stop smoking if they do weight training.
