After coming in an “Alford plea,” Damien Echols, Jessie Misskelley Jr. and Jason Baldwin — better called the “West Memphis Three” — have been released. Misskelley and Baldwin were serving life condemnations, and Echols was on death row, for the 1993 killings of 3 young boys in West Memphis, Arkansas.
