Rick Perry will make his presidential campaign declaration on Saturday, his spokesman Mark Miner confirmed to Politico, tagging the first time a Perry aide has supposed for the record that Perry is formally going to be a candidate.
“He’ll make his intentions very clear on Saturday,” Miner stated, adding, “It’s true” that Perry will say he’s running for president.
