Shares of rival Apple in Asia experienced an increase

Apple’s two main competitors in Asia has increased the share price because the boss of Apple, Steve Jobs resigned.

Taiwanese phone maker HTC’s shares rose 1.35%, while South Korea’s Samsung Electronics gained 2.4%.
They compete with Apple in the sectors of smart phones and tablet computers. They involved a legal dispute with Apple about the patent.
