Stocks turn lower as optimism about jobs fades | dow jones

U.S. stocks are declining after a zigzagging morning trading.
Major market exponents are coming down as traders revolve around concerns that European leaders won’t be able to bear a circularising financial crisis. Many concern that functionaries lack the tools to save Italy or Spain if one of those countries nonremittals before a bigger bale out fund is in place.
