The onetime head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has been granted out from a New York City jail following $1m posting cash bail.
Dominique Strauss-Kahn, who refuses accuses of trying to rape a hotel maid, is to be held in home custody at a impermanent location in Manhattan.
