Bank of America has deal to make up overdraft suit

Bank of America ‘s $410 million closure linked to a class-action suit that charged it of accusing undue overdraft tips to more than a million debit card clients has won initial approval of a Miami judge.
U.S. District Judge James Lawrence King allowed preliminary approval this week and scheduled a final approval hearing for Nov. 7.
