Lawyers for country music superstar Tim McGraw have charged a countersuit against Curb Records, attempting a ruling that would release him from his 20-year contract with Mike Curb.
The countersuit falls 10 days after Curb processed McGraw for attack of contract over the unreleased album “Emotional Traffic.” McGraw alleges he turned it in last fall.
The label calls he did so far away from the preparations of his contract and has missed a deadline, implying he ought be on the hook for two
