Kodak’s Share Rise After Recommendation in Patent Conflict with Apple and RIM

Eastman Kodak Co.’s stock ascended crisply Wednesday after staff investigators at the U.S. International Trade Commission pulled with the photography groundbreaker in its patent-infringement conflict with smartphone giants Apple Inc. and Research in Motion Ltd.
