Deutsche Telekom unveils expending plans for AT&T cash

AT&T will give Deutsche Telekom a detachment fee and profits worth about $6 billion if governors refuse the proposed takeover of the German company’s U.S. business, Deutsche Telekom stated on Friday and quoted by Reuters.
In March, when the $39 billion deal was discovered, the parties said AT&T would pay the German group a record break-up fee of $3 billion, but they didn’t put a value on other departs of the agreement.
